Pemahn was appointed as a subconsultant for Mol Pro Consulting (Pty) Ltd for rehabilitation of provincial road from Clocolan to Maquard (36km) in Free State Province. Pemahn was responsible to provide services of a Contracts Engineer responsible for undertaking post construction visual assessments and determining causes and mechanism of distress and mitigation measures. Attending to contractual matters and disputes post construction stage (GCC 2010).

Pemahn was appointed to provide the service of a Team Leader responsible for Concept Designs (Preliminary). Specific responsibilities included review and approval of preliminary geometric, traffic, pavement and hydraulic/drainage designs.
